Shipping policy

How does the delivery process work?
- Once our system processes your order, your products undergo thorough inspection to ensure they are in perfect condition.
- Upon passing the final round of quality checks, they are carefully packed and entrusted to our reliable delivery partner.
- Our delivery partners then transport the package to you as quickly as possible. If they encounter difficulty reaching your provided address or a suitable delivery time, they will promptly communicate with you to resolve any issues.
- Please note that in the event of a delayed delivery, La Joliette Cosmetics will not be held liable for any compensation, as we do not directly handle product delivery. We have established relationships with third-party delivery partners such as Blue Dart and Delivery, who manage the delivery process.

How are items packaged?
- We prioritize sustainability in our packaging, ensuring both the safety of the dispatched orders and environmental responsibility.
- Our La Joliette cardboard outer box is eco-friendly, crafted from 100% recycled paper.
- Whenever possible, we utilize paper fillers instead of bubble wrap, actively engaging in ongoing enhancements.
- Our commitment extends to significantly diminishing plastic in our packaging, as we continually explore innovative solutions tailored to our product category.

Your order has been shipped. How can I track it now?
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and phone number. We typically prepare and ship your order within 24-48 hours of confirmation. You can then monitor the status of your order via our website(put our track my order page hyperlink).

What is the estimated delivery time?
- We typically dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- While 95% of our catalog is kept in inventory, certain products require sourcing directly from the brand to ensure the delivery of fresh, non-expired items.
- Although we strive to prevent delays, these products may affect the timeline of your order.
- During Mega Sale events, dispatches may experience slight delays due to increased volumes. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 5 days of the order date.

Will my order be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?
No need to worry! This is a common occurrence. It simply means that different parts of your order may be shipped from various warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only incur shipping/CoD charges, if applicable, on the first package you receive.

Are shipping charges applicable to my order?
- We apply standard shipping charges to most addresses.
- Current shipping charges are as follows:
- New customers: Free shipping on orders above Rs. 499.
- Existing customers: Free shipping on orders above Rs. 399.
- We do not accept Cash On Delivery orders below Rs. 399 or above Rs. 25,000 at this time.

What is the range of locations to which La Joliette ships its products?
Currently, La Joliette does not offer international shipping.
