Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and expanding existing customer base.
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to increase revenue through partnerships with distributors, dealers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify new markets for product expansion and develop plans to penetrate these markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to drive business growth initiatives such as promotions, campaigns, and process improvements.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales planning decisions.
  • Key Account Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the hygiene sector. Understand client needs, anticipate requirements, and provide tailored solutions. Ensure overall customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities within the hygiene segment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics within the flexible packaging and hygiene sectors. Conduct regular market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of flexible packaging solutions, particularly those related to hygiene applications. Keep abreast of product developments and industry advancements.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Oversee contract development and execution.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Strive for continuous improvement in service delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 years of experience in Key Account Management or Channel Sales Management in the Petrochemical/Plastics/Rubber industry.
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized university (Chemical or Plastics).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective account management and relationship building skills.
  • Strong understanding of Channel Sales Strategies, New Market Development, Business Development Management, Sales Planning, New Business Development, New Client Acquisition.
