Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at La Joliette

 

The products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days post-delivery, only if the delivered products are defective or damaged. Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse

• Product is used or altered by the customer

• If the request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery

 

Refund (For Returns/Cancellations):

In the event of a return or cancellation, the refund process will commence once the product is delivered back to us and the quality of the returned products is verified by our team.

For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the account used for payment. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be transferred to the bank account or UPI I’d provided by you.

Refunds will be initiated once the request is processed. If you are still contacted for delivery, please refuse the delivery.

 

Late or missing refunds:

• If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@bykk.in.
